Edit Spelling of Employee's Name on Results

Employee Name Misspelled on Results Report – Edit Spelling 

 

The MRO office transcribes collectors’ handwriting from CCFs into their system to create the 

results reports sent through the ADT Results portal. Sometimes the names are spelled 

incorrectly or may say “ILLEGIBLE”. Individual test results can be edited at ADTResults.com 

 

∙Log in to ADTResults.com 

∙Go to Occupational Health Screening -> All Recent Cases 

∙Highlight the result in the grid 

∙Click on Edit in the ribbon above 

∙Update the spelling of the name 

∙Select the Reason for change at the bottom as Misspelled 

∙Click Submit 

 

The test will automatically update in the grid. To print out a new results report click on Results 

in the upper ribbon. The results report can then be downloaded or printed.
